This Privacy Policy describes how and when TucsonTiques collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you purchase an item, contact the shop, or otherwise use its services through Etsy.

This policy does not apply to the practices of Etsy or other third parties that TucsonTiques does not own or control. Please refer to Etsy’s Privacy Policy for information about Etsy’s own privacy practices.

Information collected

To fulfill an order, Etsy may provide TucsonTiques with your name, Etsy username, email address, shipping address, order and transaction details, and messages or other information you choose to send. Additional information may be provided when asking a question, requesting local pickup, reporting an order problem, or arranging a special order.

Payments are processed through Etsy. TucsonTiques does not receive or store complete credit-card or payment-account information.

Why information is used

Information is used only when reasonably necessary to process, prepare, and ship an order; communicate about a purchase; provide customer service; arrange a return, refund, cancellation, or local pickup; resolve an order problem or dispute; maintain business and tax records; prevent fraud; and comply with Etsy policies and legal obligations.

TucsonTiques does not add Etsy buyers to email or physical mailing lists and does not use buyer information for advertising or unsolicited marketing without affirmative consent.

Information sharing and retention

Personal information is shared only when necessary with Etsy, shipping providers, applicable service providers, professional advisers, or as required to comply with law and protect the rights and safety of the shop and its customers. TucsonTiques does not sell or rent buyer information.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete orders, provide service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Certain information may need to be retained for taxes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
